AWS Cloud Engineering & Infrastructure Consultants

Design, build, and optimize AWS cloud and AI/ML infrastructure. Every engagement is a packaged, fixed-scope project with clear deliverables and timelines, plus ongoing retainer support when you need it. No click-ops.

Infrastructure, engineered like architecture.

A version-controlled, reviewable, and reproducible blueprint your team can read, trust, and build on.

Past clients

Who we've worked with

Clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing a new class of peptide therapeutics for cancer.

Global financial services company providing retirement, insurance, and asset management solutions.

Human behavior and market research consultancy helping brands turn data into strategic decisions.

Virginia's state-sponsored 529 program helping families save for education.

Philosophy

Keep it super simple.

Simple and easy are not the same.

Lazy breaks.

Skipping the review, hard-coding a credential, clicking through the console because it's faster today — that's easy, not simple. Easy is what breaks first, usually at the worst time.

Lazy confines.

An undocumented shortcut only its author can touch isn't infrastructure, it's a liability. Simple, well-structured systems are what let your team actually own what we build, long after we're gone.

We will guide you through the noise.

Why Frank Forge

Rigor first, shortcuts never.

Every engagement starts with the same question an audit asks: is this secure, is this cost-efficient, and can someone other than you maintain it in a year? That discipline is what separates a packaged deliverable from a pile of scripts.

How we work

Scope it, build it, hand it off.

We agree on scope, price, and timeline in writing before anything is built. You get working infrastructure as code in your own repository. It is not a black box you have to come back to us to touch.

Collaboration

We work the way your team already works.

Pull requests, code review, and documented modules mean your engineers can pick up where we left off, whether that's next week or next year.

Pricing

Every service above is booked the same way: a $500 deposit via Buy Now, which pays for a 30-minute consult call. That $500 is non-refundable on its own, but if you decide to proceed afterward, it's credited in full toward the service you booked it for. Our three core products are fixed-price with a capped scope; larger one-time engagements and ongoing retainers are scoped and quoted on the call itself, with the final price, deposit (if any), and timeline agreed in writing before further work begins.

Prefer to talk before paying anything? Use the contact form below and we'll follow up to get your consult scheduled.

Policies

Refund & Dispute Policy

The $500 booking deposit is non-refundable but credited in full toward your engagement if you proceed (see Terms of Service for details). Once scope is agreed, fees for completed milestones are non-refundable; fees for unstarted milestones are refunded on request. If you have a concern about delivered work, contact us first using the form below — we aim to resolve disputes directly before any chargeback is filed with a payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with written notice. You'll be billed only for work completed up to the cancellation date; any prepaid, unused balance is refunded.

Delivery

All services are delivered digitally — reports, code repositories, or documentation. There are no physical goods, shipping, or physical returns.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to run this business: the name, email, and message you submit through the contact form, and standard technical logs (IP address, browser type) from our hosting infrastructure. We don't sell or share your information for marketing purposes. Payments are processed directly by Stripe; we never receive or store your card details. Cloudflare Turnstile filters spam on our contact form. Data is retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry or fulfill an engagement. To ask about your data or request deletion, contact us using the form below.

Terms of Service

Every engagement begins with a $500 deposit, purchased through Buy Now above and processed via Stripe Checkout, which books a 30-minute consult call. This deposit is non-refundable, but credited in full toward your engagement if you proceed after the call. Beyond the deposit, scope, price, and timeline are confirmed in writing (invoice or signed proposal) before further work begins, and billed per the Refund & Dispute Policy above. Deliverables (code, modules, reports) are licensed to you for use, modification, and deployment on your own infrastructure — we retain no ownership claim over your environment or data. Frank Forge retains ownership of its proprietary playbooks, frameworks, and training materials; these are not transferred to you as part of any engagement, though you may keep and use copies provided during your engagement for internal reference. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond fees paid for the engagement in question. We serve clients throughout the United States and internationally. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, regardless of your location.
